God the Mother

Jerusalem Mother

Heavenly Jerusalem, Our Mother

In the book of Revelation, God the Mother appears as the Heavenly Jerusalem and the Bride of the Lamb. Here, the Bible also explains that She is giving people the water of life in the last days.
“‘I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To the thirsty I will give water without cost from the spring of the water of life. ... I will be their God and they will be my children.’”
Revelation 21:6–7
Throughout the Old and New testaments, the Bible teaches us that only God can grant water of life to His people. That’s because the water of life represents eternal life.
“On the last and greatest day of the festival, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, ‘Let anyone who is thirsty come to me and drink.’”
John 7:37
However, in the book of Revelation, it is not only God the Father giving the water of life. God the Father is accompanied by His Bride. And together, They are giving people eternal life.
“The Spirit and the bride say, ‘Come!’ ... take the free gift of the water of life.”
Revelation 22:17
To accomplish this work, the Bride has come down out of Heaven as the Holy City Jerusalem, who is our Mother.
“One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls full of the seven last plagues came and said to me, ‘Come, I will show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb.’ And he carried me away in the Spirit to a mountain great and high, and showed me the Holy City, Jerusalem, coming down out of Heaven from God.
Revelation 21:9
The bride, the wife of the Lamb, is described as the Heavenly Jerusalem. The Bible explains in the book of John that Jesus is the Lamb (Jn 1:29). In the same way, the Bible lets us know who the Jerusalem above is.
“But the Jerusalem that is above is free, and she is our mother.”
Galatians 4:26
Apostle Paul testified to the members of the Early Church about Jerusalem Mother. He explained to them that She was in Heaven. However, in the book of Revelation, which represents our time, Jerusalem Mother has come to Earth to offer all people the water of life—eternal life. Without going to Jerusalem Mother, there is no other way to receive the water of life in the last days.
